Sheepy Rug- Full Moon on the Rise

Step onto the dream cloud of luscious sheep locks, woven into a perfect little rug. Perfect for kitchen sink/ bathroom/ entry way. The wool has been sheared from the sheep, making this an alternative to the classic sheep skin. The back has been felted to secure the locks in place. Woven on a mohair warp.

To wash: place in tub and fill so that water(any temp is fine) reaches over the top of the locks. Use a wool wash, or a gentle soap such as Dr. Bronners, let soak, drain and rinse with just water. Squeeze out excess water by rolling rug up and squishing. Let dry in the sun- may take a while to dry, helps to elevate on a screen/ milkcrate etc.
